One of our favorite modern bands here MOR is the Austin, Texas indie outfit Spoon. We were pretty excited when the band announced their latest effort “Transference” will be released on January 19th on Merge Records. The new album features 11 songs, including a version of the recent single “Got Nuffin”. The first single from the album, “Written in Reverse” will be released December 1st. It will also be released in a vinyl pressing on January 5th, with the vinyl only B-Side “Mean Read Spider”.
Here is the tracklist for the album:
Before Destruction
Is Love Forever?
The Mystery Zone
Who Makes Your Money
Written in Reverse
I Saw the Light
Trouble Comes Running
Goodnight Laura
Out Go the Lights
Got Nuffin
Nobody Gets Me But You
