When the Drive By Truckers releases their latest album The Big To Do earlier this year, they were already talking about the followup called Go Go Boots.  The songs for Go Go Boots were written at the same time as those that made up The Big To Do.  The took the 30 songs from the sessions and split them into the two albums.

The first glimpse at these new tracks was released yesterday in the form of a video for the song “Used to Be a Cop”, which you can view below.  The new album is expected to be released early next year.
